SOS: Fost șofer de TIR, blocat fără niciun venit în Spania în timp ce lupt cu cancerul cerebral
Dragi oameni cu suflet mare,Numele meu este Mihai Dănuț Ciobanu, am 37 de ani și am fost șofer de TIR. În ianuarie 2024, viața mea s-a prăbușit: am fost diagnosticat cu tumoare cerebrală malignă de gradul 2 și operat de urgență pe creier. Din cauza bolii, mi s-a luat definitiv dreptul de a mai conduce camionul, pierzându-mi singura meserie.În prezent, mă aflu într-o capcană cumplită în Irun, Spania. Sunt obligat să rămân aici, deoarece dacă plec în România pierd imediat tratamentul vital și monitorizarea care mă țin în viață: chimioterapia,VORASIDENIB 40mg, Kepra,RMN-urile,analizele și controalele periodice.Deși sunt forțat să rămân în Spania pentru a supraviețui medical, statul spaniol mi-a tăiat complet orice venit de la începutul lunii noiembrie și nu am drept de muncă. Am rămas efectiv cu zero euro. Trăiesc cu teroarea zilnică că îmi vor opri și tratamentele medicale Vorasidenib-ul și mă pot aștepta la orice.Nu am bani de mâncare, nu am cum să plătesc utilitățile și risc în orice moment să fiu evacuat în stradă, printre străini. Resursele mele și ale familiei s-au epuizat complet.Nu cer bani pentru medicamente în acest moment – le primesc încă – ci cer ajutor strict pentru supraviețuirea de zi cu zi, pentru o bucată de pâine și un acoperiș deasupra capului în timp ce lupt cu cancerul.Orice donație sau distribuire îmi oferă o zi în plus de viață. Vă pot pune la dispoziție absolut toate documentele medicale și actele oficiale de la statul spaniol.

Hy,my name is Ciobanu Mihai Danut,i am 37 years old,my friends call me Mike,i was a professional truck driver in Romania and Spain,until on 03.01.2024 when i had a crysis and woke up in hospital after 4 hours.
I was kept under observation in the hospital for 9 days then I had a CT scan where they told me that I had a fairly large blood spot on my brain, I underwent treatment to remove it then after a period of 3 months of treatments and countless CT scans, I was told that I had a brain tumor the size of a lemon. In April 2024 I had my first surgery for a tumor sample, only to be told that I had a malignant tumor of grade 2 non incurable
After countless CT scans, treatments, analyzes, medications, I had a second surgery in September 2024 they managed to extract only 95% of the tumor, but the rest remained due to complications as it was on the locomotor nerve. The place was very inflamed after the surgeries and nothing concrete could be observed, since April 2025 I have been taking chemo pills daily 24 hours a day and blood tests every two days,i stil have 9mm x 27mm x 21mm, the cancer is stabeI with the chemio,is not necessary another surgery for the moment.
It is not known for sure what will happen in the future, whether there will be complications or not, the malignancy being on the locomotor nerve, the doctors do not risk removing it all because of the problems that may arise during the operation.
On November 1st, INSS and MUTUA (ASEPEYO), suspended my income including treatments without the doctors' knowledge, for the simple fact that I did not contribute enough to the Spanish State, I brought them the contribution certificates from Romania starting from 2015, until now they have done nothing and I have no income.
The doctors have currently provided me with treatment and tests until January 2026, after that date nothing is known, my health insurance and income have been suspended
The treatment is mandatory for a minimum of 10 years according to the doctors or for the rest of life, as it is not treatable, but due to lack of income I cannot afford the treatment that keeps my malignancy under control, expenses and daily living.I need a lawyer to solve my problem with health insurance and the Spanish state.
