Help me inspire you.

My name is Rasmus Kragh, I'm a coach and speaker, and at the end of 2024 I will walk alone to the South Pole. For up to 45 days I will have only myself and my thoughts for company - it will be a statement in human potential and mental strength, a study in solitude.

An outer and an inner journey that I will share with you with daily updates and personal perspectives from my journey on the ice.

This project is dedicated to you.

I have deliberately kept this project free of large commercial interests because I seek to make a difference for you.

Travelling alone to the South Pole, I want to:

Emphasise that we need to look inwards before we look outwards when looking for change and strength.

Inspire you to your own personal leadership; how you can become a leader in your own life. To reignite faith in human potential, on behalf of us all, to prioritise purpose over short-term profit. To be the best possible version of yourself so you can be the best possible role model for others around you.
