The war in Ukraine continues, now in its third year. This has placed a huge strain on Ukrainian agriculture, which was previously one of Europe’s most important sectors. What had previously come to a near standstill is now back in operation, unfortunately, the situation of war and constant unrest has become the new normal, and people have returned to work in the fields and factories, though with reduced economic opportunities to export beyond the country’s borders. This is where we come in: we have customers who wish to buy sugar, flour, and rapeseed/sunflower oil, and we are in a position to help these people generate an income. We assist with documentation, translations, certificates, customs clearance, customs duties, transport, etc. However, a 5% war tax must also be paid, which is an additional cost.

A single full shipment can cost up to approx. +8,500 SEK (approx. €750) extra in tax, which means less income for the producer and the farmers. We will initially be helping out in the near future and hope that the war will end so that normal business relations can resume. It is urgent!!

All production is EU-approved and certificates are available from all producers.
