My name is Jacek. This is incredibly difficult and very embarrassing for me, but today I have no other choice. I feel I have to fight. Every payment, even the smallest, brings us closer to keeping our apartment and ending this difficult situation. Everything started to fall apart when, at the end of 2023, I was forced to close my small gardening business due to health reasons. It became difficult, but I stayed afloat...

In September 2024, my life turned upside down. The flood that hit our neighborhood destroyed some of my belongings and caused huge financial losses. At that time, I was unable to regularly make my loan payments. In November 2024, a debt collection agency purchased the debt from the bank. I still feel the effects of this to this day. I work at the City and Municipal Office, but despite my full commitment and constant work, my salary (PLN 3,970 net) doesn't allow me to repay the mounting debt. I fight every day to provide my son with a peaceful, secure life, but for over a year, I've only been paying interest and debt service costs, which means the debt has barely reduced. Currently, a bailiff has begun the process of seizing my apartment. It's all I have.

Unfortunately, without support, I won't be able to keep our apartment and break out of this debt spiral.

What am I raising money for?

I need PLN 42,000 to:

• pay off the principal balance,

• stop the bailiff's execution,
