Dear Sir/Madam, I am a person of very poor financial status. I have had 10 major surgeries and am no longer able to work. I have had 4 spinal surgeries and a Cage No6 lumbar implant and PLIF were implanted. I have also had surgery on my right shoulder 5 times where my clavicle was shortened and the tendon from my right leg to my shoulder was reshaped so that I would have some function in my shoulder and right arm. I am right-handed and this creates a very big problem for me in my everyday life. I am a beneficiary of social assistance in the amount of €170, which is very little for any kind of life. I live alone in my mother's house and I have no one to help me in any way. I am turning to you to restore any dignity to my life and afford further treatment. I am 40 years old and at the peak of my life I literally hit rock bottom and I have no rights or anyone to turn to for help. I have also been suffering from anxiety and depression for years and this condition is getting worse day by day. I will be happy to provide you with all the necessary medical documentation as well as photos of the problems and suffering I have gone through in the last few years. I am asking for any help I can get because I no longer know who to turn to because I have never asked for help. I have 17 years of work experience and have never depended on anyone, so all this is very difficult for me, but grasping at the last straw is the only way out.
