Description
My name is Ana. I have been living with a chronic neurological disorder for a long time that has a strong impact on my everyday life – movement, energy, and basic life activities.
In practice, this means that I can't walk for more than an hour at a time, and some days I can't even walk that much. During exertion, I experience severe neurological symptoms like "electric shocks" through my body, and sometimes nausea and vomiting when the load is greater.
Because of this, my daily life is significantly limited and unpredictable.
I have been seeing doctors in Croatia for years. I have medical documentation from multiple visits, which records my complaints and symptoms, but without a clear diagnosis because existing diagnostic equipment cannot measure this type of disorder.
Because of this, the condition is not recognized as a disability and I am not entitled to government financial support, even though the symptoms really and permanently affect my life.
Treatment in Greece – €1,200
After a long search for a solution, I found a specialized clinic in Greece that works with functional and autonomic neurological disorders – precisely those that often remain “invisible” in the classical healthcare system.
The price of the therapy is €1,200 and represents a real opportunity to improve my condition and quality of life.
This is the link for the Greek clinic.

Electric bike – €1,000
Due to my health condition, my mobility is significantly impaired. I live in an area with a steep slope, which further complicates my daily functioning.
An electric bicycle would allow me basic mobility and independence, with significantly less physical strain, in the environment in which I live.
A model that can reliably climb hills and provide driving safety costs around €1,000.
Basic living expenses – €3,000
Due to my health condition and difficulty moving around, part of my daily expenses includes transportation, which I sometimes need (e.g. a taxi when I go home because I can't climb the hill every day, or when I go to the doctor), and participation in housing costs, along with food and basic necessities.
These funds are intended for basic life, so that I can cope with everyday life and focus my energy on stabilizing my health, without the constant pressure of existential insecurity.
