Helmet for Sebastian 5 months

Sebastianek has a blind head and a protruding forehead we go to rehabilitation but it is not enough for us and we have been recommended a helmet , we have an appointment at the plagio clinic in Ostrava.

Just travelling to the hospital for the initial examination, 3D head scan are very expensive for us and then the helmet itself and going every 4 weeks for check-ups.

So please help us

Sebastien was turned upside down early when he was born, he was only giving his head to one side and we were sent to neurology after that to rehab, rehab helps only not so much on the head, rehab doesn't work well for me Sebastien has a droopy head and a protruding forehead and we would love it if you could help us with a fundraiser for Sebastien so he can have a nice head again like the other kids

The money collected will be used for Sebastian's initial check-up, 3D head scan and then for a helmet.

For traveling to check-ups every 4-6 weeks.

Sebastian also has severe reflux.

And a severe allergy to cow's milk.

If we collect more than we want the rest of the money would be used for lactose-free food.
