It’s not easy for me to speak about this, because for a long time I kept postponing this step.

I started out as an actress, and around 2010 I became a self-taught singer. It was in England that I truly fell in love with jazz. Since moving back to Cluj, I’ve carried this quiet wish with me every year: to find a composer with whom I could create songs that I genuinely feel are mine.

Last year, life brought me together with Domokos Csergő, and we began working together. Through conversations and rehearsals, the songs slowly came to life.

Out of the seven songs, we have recorded three so far, using our own resources.

The album is titled B.O.W, short for Blue Orchid Waltz. It also represents my bow, a gesture of gratitude, as I was able to restart my artistic career.

Now I’ve reached a point where I need help to continue. This is where I’ve been stuck for months. It’s not easy to say that I need support, especially in a world where it often feels like everyone already has so little. But I’m trying to see this differently now. Not just as asking, but as sharing a process.

The funds will go towards musicians’ fees, studio rental, and the mixing and mastering of the recordings.

Nem könnyű számomra erről beszélni, mert sokáig halogattam ezt a lépést.

Színészként kezdtem, és körülbelül 2010 körül lettem önképzett énekes. Angliában szerettem bele igazán a jazzbe. Amióta visszaköltöztem Kolozsvárra, minden évben magamban hordozok egy csendes vágyat: találni egy zeneszerzőt, akivel olyan dalokat hozhatok létre, amelyeket valóban a sajátomnak érzek.

Tavaly a sors összehozott Csergő Domokossal, és elkezdtünk együtt dolgozni. Beszélgetésekből és próbákból lassan megszülettek a dalok.

A hét dalból eddig hármat vettünk fel, saját forrásból.

Az album címe B.O.W, a Blue Orchid Waltz rövidítése. Egyben az én meghajlásomat is jelenti, mint a hála gesztusa, amiért sikerült újrakezdenem a művészi karrieremet.

Most elértem egy pontra, ahol a folytatáshoz segítségre van szükségem. Ez az a helyzet, ahol hónapok óta elakadtam. Nem könnyű kimondani, hogy támogatásra van szükségem, különösen egy olyan világban, ahol sokszor úgy tűnik, mindenkinek kevés van. De most igyekszem ezt másként látni: nem csak kérésként, hanem egy folyamat megosztásaként.

A befolyó támogatás a zenészek honoráriumát, a stúdió bérlését, valamint a felvételek keverését és masteringjét fogja fedezni.

Nu este ușor pentru mine să vorbesc despre asta, pentru că mult timp am tot amânat acest pas.

Am început ca actriță, iar în jurul anului 2010 am devenit cântăreață autodidactă. În Anglia m-am îndrăgostit cu adevărat de jazz. De când m-am întors la Cluj, am purtat în mine, an de an, o dorință tăcută: să găsesc un compozitor alături de care să pot crea melodii pe care să le simt cu adevărat ale mele.

Anul trecut, destinul m-a adus împreună cu Csergő Domokos și am început să lucrăm împreună. Din conversații și repetiții, piesele au început încet să prindă viață.

Din cele șapte piese, am înregistrat până acum trei, din resurse proprii.

Albumul se numește B.O.W, prescurtare de la Blue Orchid Waltz. Reprezintă, în același timp, și o plecăciune a mea, un gest de recunoștință pentru faptul că am reușit să îmi reiau cariera artistică.

Acum am ajuns într-un punct în care am nevoie de ajutor pentru a continua. Este momentul în care am rămas blocată de luni de zile. Nu este ușor să spun că am nevoie de sprijin, mai ales într-o lume în care adesea pare că fiecare are deja atât de puțin. Dar încerc să privesc lucrurile altfel acum: nu doar ca o cerere, ci ca împărtășirea unui proces.

Fondurile vor acoperi onorariile muzicienilor, închirierea studioului, precum și mixajul și masterizarea înregistrărilor.
