Description
We recently bought a house.
After many sacrifices over the years, we were very happy. The house needs further renovation, which we are slowly doing, but the worst surprise was 15 days after the purchase. Following a storm, there was seepage into the house of the neighbour below, who is threatening to sue us. In the end we are approving the work but it's up to us to start the biggest part of the work of the total renovation of the terrace.
The old owner, even though only 15 days have passed since the problem arose, won't listen to reason.
We find ourselves alone with a house to finish renovating and these additional expenses to bear.
