Hello,
I'm a simple man - a father of five wonderful children. Every day I try to do everything I can for them - to care for them, to educate them, to love them and to give them a safe and happy childhood. But not everything is in my hands.
I have been diagnosed with Cauda Equina Syndrome, a severe spinal condition that has left me unable to do any physical work. I am a father of five children. I am applying for help so that I can retrain and take care of my family again while I am in and after rehabilitation.
