Hello dear people.....

My name is Nick I come from Romania together with my wife. We live in Germany since 2012 and we have been looking to make a better future for us here. In 2015 our daughter came to this world, she is everything for us. We lived in a house in Lake Constance region, at the beginning everything was nice but in time our landlord has always made problems to us...After almost 8 years we got the cancellation because of our own needs but that was just lies because after 5 months of our move the house is rented again.

Of course the move cost something (transport, deposit, small renovation works...) and the old landlord didn't pay back our deposit completely but we didn't have the money to go to court.

With a bit of luck we got a plot of land from Gemainde and we found a bank for financing to build our own house. After one year our house is finished, I have to do some things myself because of the costs but it is no problem, I am a painter.....

Everything worked out great but one day I got a call from abroad .... My dad died. That was 2 days before my birthday. We travelled to Romania for the funeral of course and that was. A lot of stress and problems and also costs for the funeral broke me and my wife. But that's life. We came back to Germany after a week and we said it's over now but it wasn't. 9 days after the funeral of my dad, my mum died. Of course we travelled back to Romania together for the funeral. More money and a lot of stress and problems in less than 2 weeks, but what can you do in such situations. Both funerals and this unplanned trip cost us a lot of money. Now we have problems with the bank before we made the financing for our house. We are in arrears with the financing instalments and even more the bank wanted to buy our house because of missing instalments. Letter from lawyer arrived today informing us about auction for house. Our own option is to pay the whole financing back in "2 months", I don't know what will happen tomorrow, my wife and our daughter are crying all day. I am trying every option to get help but I don't know if it will work. I am very grateful for every cent and I hope to find a solution.
