Description

Hello, dear readers,

My name is Claudia and a few years ago I had to go through a terrible ordeal involving a serious physical assault.

This is what happened:

I had actually originally wanted to become a dental assistant. I found a suitable vacancy in an advert and applied for the job. I immediately received an offer from the dentist for a no-obligation trial day. I was absolutely thrilled, as this profession had been my childhood dream.

I arrived at the surgery on the day in question and was first asked to roll small balls of cotton wool. After a very short while, the dentist came over to me and said she’d like to have a look at my teeth, as she attaches great importance to her staff having nice teeth. As I’ve always had lovely teeth, I didn’t think much of it. The doctor explained to me that she had a brand-new X-ray machine that required injections. After the injections were administered, I was X-rayed and asked to take a seat in the dentist’s chair. I sat down and closed my eyes. Next to me, a very loud sterilisation machine was switched on. I kept my eyes closed. At some point, I thought to myself that the examination of my teeth was taking a very long time and opened my eyes. Standing around me were four people who, within five minutes, had drilled into 17 teeth without any medical indication. I panicked and tried to stand up, but they pushed me back into the dentist’s chair. Filled with adrenaline and strength, I tried to break free again, which, thank God, I managed to do. I ran out of the surgery in tears, my teeth drilled open. Luckily for me, I managed to explain to a passer-by what a terrible thing had happened to me, and she immediately phoned my mum (my personal belongings were in the surgery). My mum came and was astonished at what had happened. She went back into the surgery with me to confront the dentist. The doctor claimed this had been a precautionary measure, as one’s teeth become rotten anyway with age. After I threatened to report her, the drilled-out teeth were filled with white fillings. Unfortunately, it was later discovered that the fillings were not watertight. I filed a complaint against the treating doctor. Since then, she has been banned from practising and has lost her medical licence.

Final result:

As the teeth were not filled properly, the only option now is to crown the damaged teeth.

Due to the doctor’s negligence, I have now developed a general fear of doctors and people dressed in white. After a long search, I have now found a trustworthy doctor who would save my teeth, but I need your help to do this. Every euro would help me.

I sincerely thank you for every donation
