Description
Hello dear readers,
My name is Claudia and a few years ago I had to go through a terrible experience of serious bodily harm.
The following scenario took place:
I originally wanted to become a dental assistant. I found a suitable position in an advert and applied for it. I immediately received an offer from the dentist for a non-binding trial day. My friends were really excited as this profession was my childhood dream.
I arrived at the practice on the day in question and was first allowed to make little balls out of cotton wool. After a short time, the dentist came up to me and said she would like to have a look at my teeth, as she attaches great importance to her staff having beautiful teeth. As I have always had beautiful teeth, I didn't think much of it. The doctor explained to me that she had a brand new X-ray machine which required injections. After giving the injections, I was x-rayed and asked to take a seat in the dentist's chair. I took a seat and closed my eyes. A loud sterilisation device was turned on next to me. My eyes remained closed. At some point I thought to myself that the inspection of my teeth was taking a long time and opened my eyes. There were 4 people standing around me who had drilled out 17 teeth within 5 minutes without any medical indication. I panicked and wanted to get up, but they pushed me back into the dentist's chair. Full of adrenalin and strength, I tried to tear myself away again, which I thankfully managed to do. I ran out of the surgery crying with my teeth drilled out. Fortunately, I was able to explain to a passer-by what had happened to me and she immediately phoned my mum (my personal belongings were in the surgery). My mum came and was amazed at what had happened. She went back to the practice with me to confront the doctor. The doctor said that this was a precautionary measure, as you get weak teeth as you get older. The drilled teeth were filled with white fillings after the threat of a complaint. Unfortunately, it was discovered afterwards that the fillings were not tight. I filed a complaint against the doctor treating me. Since then she is no longer allowed to practise and has lost her doctorate.
End result:
Because the teeth were not filled properly, the only option is to crown the damaged teeth.
Due to the doctor's negligence, I have now developed a general panic against doctors and people dressed in white. After a long search, I have now found a trustworthy doctor who would save my teeth, but I need your help. Any € would help me.
I sincerely thank you for any donation
