Help Kornél on his journey of development!

Kornél is an 8-year-old special little boy who was born with multiple disabilities. Kornél lives with cerebral palsy: his stiff muscles make every step difficult for him. Even everyday activities pose a major challenge for him, but he faces these challenges with tremendous determination and a smile. We, his family, are doing everything we can for him – but now we would also like to ask for your help.

Kornél was born with oxygen deprivation, which caused permanent damage to his nervous system. This has severely affected his mobility, speech development and ability to look after himself. Since then, he has been attending daily therapy sessions – physiotherapy, conductive education and speech therapy – without which there would be no progress.

Her progress is slow, but she fights hard for every small achievement. She doesn’t give up – and neither do we.

He recently received botulinum toxin (Botox) injections into several muscle groups, which help to temporarily relax the muscles. The Botox treatment was only the first step – now comes the most important phase: rehabilitation. As part of this, Kornél is taking part in three sessions of two weeks’ intensive physiotherapy, which is crucial for consolidating the results achieved so far and making further progress.

400,000 HUF (Total 750,000 HUF, but 350,000 HUF has already been raised on another platform)

This amount will cover:

• 3×2 weeks of intensive physiotherapy at a specialist facility
• The initial phase of ongoing movement therapy following treatment

Everyday activities are a big challenge for him – but he faces them with incredible determination and a bright smile. We, his family, are doing everything we can – and now we are kindly asking for your help.

Kornél was born with oxygen deprivation, which led to permanent neurological damage. He is severely affected in his mobility, speech development, and self-care. Since then, he has been receiving daily therapies – physiotherapy, conductive education, speech therapy – all of which are vital for any progress.

His progress is slow, but every small step forward is the result of enormous effort. He never gives up – and neither do we.

Recently, Kornél received botulinum toxin (Botox) injections in multiple muscle groups to help temporarily relax his tight muscles. But the injection was just the first step – now comes the most important part: rehabilitation. As part of this, Kornél will participate in three intensive two-week physiotherapy programmes, which are essential to consolidate the results and help him make further progress.
