This year, for many children, the world suddenly came to a standstill. Their homes, full of memories and a sense of security, have been destroyed by flooding. These children, who not long ago were looking forward to Christmas, now face indescribable sadness, fear and uncertainty. In their eyes, instead of carefree, there are tears and questions that are difficult to find answers to.

Our campaign, Christmas Sparkle for Little Heroes, has one simple dream: to restore at least a little joy to these children. We want them to feel the magic of Christmas at least for a moment, so that their hearts, full of fear and pain, find hope. We want to give them presents, but above all hope - that the world has not forgotten them, that there are people who want to help them.

Why is your help so important?

Imagine you are a few years old and your whole little world suddenly disappears - your favourite toys, books, a corner in your home where you felt safe. Imagine looking at the faces of your parents, who are fighting back tears as they try to hold the family together, even though they themselves are distraught. This is the reality of many children who have faced this tragedy. These children need more than just a gift. They need a sign that someone remembers them after all, that they are not alone.

How can you make them smile again?

Every penny is another step towards helping the children affected by the floods to forget their pain and fear for a while. Every penny is a ray of hope that the world, despite adversity, can be full of kindness and love. We want this Christmas, despite everything, to bring them joy. So that they can smile, play and feel that someone cares about them.

What will the funds raised be used for?

All funds raised will go towards:

- Christmas gifts - something to bring a smile back to every child, from favourite toys to books full of magical stories.

- Small sweets and Christmas wrapping to bring magic into their everyday lives.

- Transport costs to make sure every gift goes straight into the little hands that so desperately need it.
