Dear Supporters and Followers!
There’s been an incredible surge of energy over the past few days. No sooner had I announced the arrival of the first Meta Quest 3S VR headsets than I had more fantastic news to share with you.
Thanks to the power of the community , we’ve surpassed the 100,000 forint net cash funding threshold! Together with the donated VR device, the project’s total budget is now approaching 200,000 forint.
With 23 years’ experience in social work and institutional management behind me, I know full well that the foundation of genuine collaboration is rock-solid transparency. We are building not on pity, but on professional social innovation. That is why, as of today , I have made the project’s complete donation tracking spreadsheet public and live.
In this Google Sheet, every donation received is shown down to the last fillér and euro, and you can also follow our progress in real time via the progress bars.
If you take a look at the spreadsheet’s new dashboard, you’ll see the following: our third major milestone – the purchase of a more advanced, second-hand Meta Quest 3 headset with spatial tracking (165,000 Ft) – is already 61% complete thanks to the donations received so far ! We just need one final push to secure this device for our nine partner organisations who are waiting for it.

Who am I and what am I raising funds for? My name is Péter Pál Péter, and I’m a social worker. With 23 years of experience behind me, I am raising funds to launch the “Digital Forest Bath” pilot programme. Our mission is to build a bridge between technology and mental health, bringing the healing power of nature to those who need it most.
The current situation Thousands of people currently live in care homes – the elderly, those with dementia or people with disabilities – who are cut off from nature due to their physical condition. Isolation leads to apathy, anxiety and a decline in quality of life. If they cannot go to the forest, we will bring the forest to them.
Why is this important to me? Throughout my career in social work, I have witnessed the struggles of those living in isolation day in, day out. I believe that human dignity and quality of life are fundamental rights. By combining my professional experience with my commitment to technology, I have created a solution that is both innovative and deeply humane.
What will the funds raised be used for? Your donation will directly fund our 6-month pilot programme. We operate with full financial transparency:
- €1,500: Technological equipment (DJI drone and Meta Quest 3 VR headsets).
- €3,500: Operating costs, office base and logistics.
- €7,500: Providing 50+ free therapy sessions to the institutions most in need.
