Cooking has always been my passion, a means of expression, sharing and discovery above all. Coming from a dual French and Ivorian culture, I've always had a deep attachment to these two cultures at the same level. That's how I came to dream of one day creating something beautiful and useful for my community, representative of all parts of myself.

Today, this dream is taking shape through a project that is close to my heart: the opening of a restaurant combining French gastronomy and Ivorian specialities in Côte d'Ivoire. This unique culinary blend symbolises not only my background, but also the union of my roots and my aspirations.

But beyond the cuisine, this project is also a way for me to contribute to a major social change. If the project comes to fruition, I'd like to do my bit to help young women in Côte d'Ivoire enter the world of work. Through my project, and by working with local associations, I hope to contribute as much as possible to this cause that is so dear to me.

Unfortunately I don't have the money for this project - your support is the key to making this dream come true. Together, we can not only build a place where cultures meet on the plate, but also offer a springboard to those seeking to build a better future.
