Cooking has always been my passion – above all, a means of expression, sharing and discovery. Coming from a background with both French and Ivorian roots, I have always felt a deep connection to both cultures in equal measure. This is how the dream took shape: one day, to create something beautiful and useful for my community, something that reflects every part of who I am.

Today, this dream is taking shape through a project that is deeply close to my heart: opening a restaurant in Côte d’Ivoire that blends French gastronomy with Ivorian specialities. This unique culinary fusion symbolises not only my own journey, but also the union of my roots and my aspirations. 

But beyond the cuisine, this project is also a way for me to contribute to significant social change. If the project comes to fruition, I would like, in my own small way, to help young women integrate more effectively into the professional world in Côte d’Ivoire. Through my project, by partnering with local organisations, I hope to contribute as much as possible to this cause that is so dear to me.

Unfortunately, I do not have the funds for this project; your support is key to bringing this dream to life. Together, we can not only build a place where cultures meet on the plate, but also offer a springboard to those seeking to build a better future.
