On 15 December I had a very serious bicycle accident on the way to work, passing a bus on the cycle path, I slipped and fell, missing the tram track, breaking a bone in my shoulder and suffering terrible bruises. The hospital gave me only the first aid, then at check-ups, unfortunately no tests were ordered, so I decided to go to Poland and have my arm examined privately, the bone was slightly crooked and the pain was enormous, further rehabilitation.Unfortunately, at the beginning of April the pain was worse than on the day of the fracture, another trip to Poland and ultrasound of the arm muscles diagnosed shoulder frozen, inflammation of the shoulder joint capsule, assessment of subacromial tightness and tendon evaluation not diagnostic due to shoulder frozen🥺 advanced degenerative changes and thickening of the joint capsule, etc.....

Being on sick leave, unfortunately I cannot afford to pay the fees, credit, pay for the medications because I am after an aggressive treatment for ticks which was also very expensive. Every hour of physiotherapy costs me 70 Euros and every penny I save I put into rehabilitation. In addition, I do exercises at home that I can do on my own and I glue pictures with my non-working hand with diamonds that I display on my Facebook profile.
