I'm reaching out today with a humble request for help. Recently, I suffered a serious injury that has left me with a broken hand. While the physical pain has been difficult, it's the emotional toll that has been harder to bear. As someone who has always been active, independent, and able to care for myself, being dependent on others has been a challenging adjustment.
