At Hotel Indigo Brussels City, home to the 2-toque GoodFood restaurant Serra, we believe that great food can go hand in hand with responsible choices. This European Waste Reduction Week, we’re taking sustainability a step further with initiatives that combine creativity, conscious dining, and solidarity.

What is the European Waste Reduction Week?

It’s a special week dedicated to raising awareness about reducing waste and inspiring actions that make a real difference for our planet. It will take place from 22 to 30 November.

Our initiatives:

Zero Waste Business Lunch at Serra

Our chef will create a Zero Waste business lunch, turning every ingredient into a delicious dish, from root to leaf, peel to pulp. Flavour and creativity meet sustainability in every plate.

Solidarity with DoucheFlux

We’re proud to partner with DoucheFlux, a local organization supporting people in vulnerable situations with access to hygiene products, clothing, and basic necessities.
