It’s really not easy for me to ask for help, but for my Jamie’s sake, I’m willing to put my fears aside. 🥹

Jamie has been with me for many years now and, to me, he’s not just ‘a dog’, but a beloved member of the family and an incredibly important part of my life. ❤️

Unfortunately, he has already lost his right eye due to an intraocular melanoma. This makes his left eye all the more important – as it is the only eye he can still see with.

Among other things, an inclusion cyst of the cornea, pigmentary keratitis and changes associated with his brachycephalic eye structure have been diagnosed in this eye. Despite intensive treatment with eye drops and eye ointment, the noticeable bulging has unfortunately not improved sufficiently.

The vets therefore recommend surgery on the cornea (keratectomy, with a conjunctival flap if necessary). The aim is to remove the diseased tissue and preserve the eye as best as possible. 🍀

As Jamie already has only this one eye left, this operation means the world to me. I want to do everything in my power to ensure he remains as pain-free as possible and can continue to see. 🥹❤️

Unfortunately, the examinations, medication, regular check-ups and now the necessary operation have involved very high costs, which I can no longer cover on my own.

That’s why I’m asking you – if you’re able and willing to help – for a little support for Jamie.

Naturally, every euro donated will be used for Jamie’s veterinary treatment, operation, medication and aftercare.
