On 23 November is my birthday and instead of celebrating it with presents, I want to turn it into a time of generosity and giving. I want to offer support to a family who, in these difficult times, is in great need of help.

This year, I invite you to join in a gesture of solidarity for a family that inspires us with their resilience in extremely difficult circumstances. They are a family of Polish Ukrainians from Karibinovka Dnipro: Marc (7), Sofia (3), Maxim (14), Ania (38) and Vitalik (40, vet). They live in an isolated village, surrounded by three frontlines, without drinking water or electricity, and survive on farming. They are a strong family, but need daily support to face the coming winter.
