Description
23 November is my birthday and, rather than celebrating it by receiving gifts, I would like to turn it into an occasion for generosity and giving. I want to offer support to a family who, in these difficult times, are in great need of help.
This year, I invite you to join me in a gesture of solidarity for a family who inspire us with their strength to endure under extremely difficult conditions. This is a family of Polish Ukrainians from Karibinovka, Dnipro: Marc (7), Sofia (3), Maxim (14), Ania (38) and Vitalik (40, a vet). They live in an isolated village, surrounded by three front lines, without drinking water or electricity, managing to survive solely through farming. They are a strong family, but they need daily support to cope with the coming winter.
I need your help to support them. Every donation makes a huge difference.
Roberta, my friend who told me about this family, is working on a documentary film in the conflict zone and will ensure that your donations are used wisely to support the Sidovich family with food, clothing, a washing machine and fuel for the generator, which is essential this harsh winter.
