Description
I’m 22 and work as a baker every day from 3 am, six days a week. By the time most people get up, I’ve already been working for hours.
My partner is a university student and commutes to another city for several hours every day — he leaves at dawn and only gets home in the evening. We hardly ever see each other, yet we do everything we can to build a better future.
We currently live in a rented flat, which costs 270,000 HUF a month including bills. It’s extremely difficult to cover this on a single salary, and we’re living from month to month with no savings.
I’ve started this fundraiser so that we can secure three months’ rent (810,000 HUF) and avoid finding ourselves in a desperate situation. During this time, my partner will be able to continue her studies, and we’ll have a chance at a more stable future.
We’re not asking for help with luxuries — just enough to keep us afloat during this period.
