Description

Introducing the collection ♥️

We found four Sicilian puppy babies – one boy and three girls, about three months old – who had been abandoned in a remote part of Sicily where they had no chance of survival.

We have found loving owners for them and, with the help of Monika and Dan from the Aiutiamoli shelter in Mazara del Vallo, Sicily, we are arranging their veterinary care, vaccinations, microchipping, passports and transport to the Czech Republic.

Who are we helping? ♥️

We drove up the mountain to the Basilica of San Calogero, which towers 1,350 metres above the turquoise sea and is dedicated to the hermit Calogero.

And that brave little lad, now named Vendelín, knew full well that it was now or never, and threw himself under our wheels. We got out of the car and he immediately led us to his frightened sisters, who were hiding in the bushes beneath the crash barrier and peeking out from the grass. He’s such a brave little dog, and all of them together are the sweetest things in the world, performing a little wagging-tail dance for us.

We all had tears in our eyes as these abandoned, frightened, and found dogs began to trust us.

We immediately called Dan and Monika, who look after dogs in Sicily, and they took them to the safety of their Aiutiamoli shelter in Mazara del Vallo.

Dobby, Mrs Glasses and Peggy already have their adoptive owners in the Orlické Mountains and eastern Bohemia. They’re waiting to see who will take in their brother Vendelín, but he’s going with them – he won’t leave them.

And we thank those who have decided to shower them with love and create a happy home for them.

Thank you!

What exactly will the money from this fundraiser be used for? ♥️

The money raised will be used to cover the necessary arrangements and transport the puppies to the Czech Republic.

Adopting one puppy – veterinary care, vaccinations, microchipping, passport and transport – costs 11,000 CZK, which is why we have decided to support the adoptive owners in return by setting up a fundraiser to raise 44,000 CZK for the journey of these little puppies to their new homes.

Thank you to Monika and Dan, who are providing temporary, loving care at their Aiutiamoli shelter and taking care of all the necessary arrangements.

If more money is raised, it will all go to Monika and Dan to support the 40 puppies at their shelter.

Thank you for your support! We will be the first to contribute.

Simona, Saša, Olga, Špáťa, Katka and Jíťa
