My name is Mark. Four years ago, I weighed 204 kilograms. Every step hurt, every look from others burned, every morning was a struggle. I didn't choose my clothes according to taste, but according to what I could fit into at all. I avoided company, photos, even mirrors.

That's how I worked myself into the most difficult situation of my life - physically and mentally. But something in me broke. I said to myself: Enough. I don't want to just survive anymore. I want to live.
