My name is Luigi Volpe and I have always been an ambitious person who has never taken the easy way out. When I set myself a goal, I pursue it with determination and commitment until I achieve it.

I studied hotel management and hold a degree in business management. Over the years, I have gained professional experience in the service sector, notably as a bus and coach driver and as a kitchen assistant. These experiences have instilled in me discipline, organisational skills, teamwork and, above all, the art of communication and providing excellent service.

One of my greatest strengths is my interpersonal skills. I enjoy understanding other people’s needs, creating a warm atmosphere and ensuring they have a positive experience, whether in the hospitality industry or transport.

My goal has always been the same:

to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and valued.

I am an honest, loyal, respectful and hard-working person. These principles guide everything I do. I am ambitious but thoughtful: when faced with difficulties, I focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on the obstacles.

Today, I am launching a project that reflects who I am: to build something meaningful, professional and sustainable.

Why Sicily?

I am of Sicilian origin and Sicily holds a very special place in my heart.

Sicily is one of the most fascinating destinations in Europe.

It offers:

Despite its beauty, many places in Sicily still harbour untapped tourism potential. My aim is to help international travellers discover Sicily’s true beauty, whilst creating local economic opportunities.

The Vision:

A Sicilian Hotel Group

This project aims to create and develop a structured hotel group in Sicily.

The long-term vision is to acquire and operate several hotels across the island, creating a hotel brand recognised for:

warm and authentic service, comfortable accommodation, memorable guest experiences, and a strong local identity.

The objective is to build a solid and professional hotel group that grows gradually.

First stage:

Our pilot hotel

The project will begin with an initial pilot hotel.

Rather than building a new hotel, our strategy is to take over an existing, already profitable establishment. This will enable a quick start.

Depending on the opportunities available, this first hotel could be acquired through a

arrangement such as:

-Lease with an option to purchase

This approach will enable us to:

-secure the hotel’s operations

-develop the business

-generate revenue

-acquire the property at a later date

This first hotel will form the foundation of our future hotel group.
