At NPO Veggies Cultivation, we’re solving two major global challenges: organic waste and declining soil health.

Our pioneering apple pomace bokashi technology rapidly transforms waste into a powerful soil enhancer—cutting greenhouse gases, preserving nitrogen, and locking carbon into the earth. It can be used also to develop new food and feed supplements.

For 40 years, bokashi has improved soils in tropical regions. But cold Nordic climates? That’s uncharted territory. Until now. We will develop a breakthrough: bokashi, adapted for the North.

Leading this innovation is Dr. Margit Olle—trained in New Zealand, Hawaii, Thailand, and Poland, with 11 years of research and four published books on EM technology. Her expertise in effective microorganisms makes this adaptation possible.

We’re raising 200000 EUR to develop this regenerative, climate-smart solution in Estonia and adaptable to Northern Europe and beyond. Because at NPO Veggies Cultivation, we’re not just growing food—we’re healing ecosystems and empowering communities.
