Family recovery
What will you fundraise for today?
Description
I am a 56-year-old man, and my family's quality of life is undeniably going downhill. When my father died four months ago, everything seemed normal. I live with my wife and 14-year-old daughter, who is in primary school. We have everything a normal family in the village has: a car, a house, a garden.
This February, we attended the inheritance proceedings with the notary.
A debt of just under $133,000 was signed over to us. My wife and I were certain that my father's behavior and mental health were not a concern. We were completely unaware that he was concealing something of this nature. I have no intention of dishonoring my father, so I will not disclose the debts.
Our net monthly income is about $620, and we are unable to pay that amount. We would never burden our daughter with this. We are paying for her majorette group, with which she has traveled to Italy and Croatia. We're here to support her because we know this will improve the quality of her future life.
Since we have nothing else to do, we had to start this fundraiser.
We would be grateful for even the smallest donation.
