Description
We’re asking for help so we don’t end up on the streets
Hello everyone!
We are reaching out to you, our kind-hearted and helpful friends, at the end of an extremely difficult period. We are confident that even a small donation or a share could bring us closer to providing a secure home for our children.
My wife and I are raising four children with love and respect. A few years ago – through no fault of our own – we lost our home, so we moved from the countryside to Érd in the hope of finding better job opportunities. With the help of a charity, we were able to secure subsidised housing on social grounds, but unfortunately the charity is no longer able to maintain the property.
👉 Our current tenancy ends on 20 June 2026.
If we cannot find a solution, our family could become homeless from 1 July, which we want to avoid at all costs.
I have been severely visually impaired (blind) since birth; despite this, I work, I am a qualified massage therapist, and I do everything I can to provide for my family. Our three older sons are aged 14, 13 and 10, and they are at school. Our youngest child is currently at home with his mother; we are waiting for a nursery place. As soon as this is sorted out, my partner will also be able to start work, and we will be able to establish a more stable financial situation.
What exactly are we saving for?
We are looking for a detached, comfortable flat or house in Érd or the surrounding area, which has at least 2–3 separate rooms for the children.
Currently:
• We can definitely afford a monthly rent of 150,000 HUF,
• however, the deposit and higher rent typical of the market pose a serious obstacle for us.
The aim of the fundraising is to:
• cover the deposit for a suitable property, and
• enable us to temporarily pay a higher rent,
until our financial situation improves – once my partner starts working.
We need about a year to be able to meet all market conditions on our own.
If you are unable to offer financial support, even a share would be a huge help to us.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your support, shares and kind words!
