Description
I am 24 years old and until August 2022 I had a very normal life.
On 20 August 2022 while I was at work, in a psychiatric facility, I was attacked by a patient, resulting in a severe head injury. This led me to be diagnosed with axonal damage, an irreversible brain injury.
Within two years, after much treatment, I am returning to a 'normal' life despite the physical deficits left by the trauma, but the medical expenses for treatment are still many, as are the problems to be faced.
