Please , i need help and i donot know to whom to turn to !

This time i am trying to get help for my own cause. I am living in Romania and as everyone knows this country is overloaded by abandoned dogs cases and i could not stop myself from trying to help and ended up bringing home with me 23 dogs from the streets ! Are wonderful souls , they are my children ! i live in a remote location , I struggle with the food for dogs every month , with materials for dog houses and i am struggling to create clean conditions to the dogs currently living on mud , i need concrete floors in the shelters and construction materials .... If you are a dog lover please , please Help me !
