Description
Wooden house in nature with a pool and a view of the city of Zagreb (Croatia).
The idea of this project is that when the house is finished, every investor has the right to come on vacation for only €20/day (max. 4 people in that price). Of course, the length of stay depends on the amount of payment. For example, with a payment of €100, you can stay as a guest for 5 days, if you need more days, you will pay extra with a discount of 50% from the regular price.
The project is going in this direction as shown in the pictures, and construction permits are expected soon. Construction could begin in 2025.
