Description
The bailiff at the District Court in Szamotuły, Lech Siuda, is selling our house in which we have lived for 25 years. The ordering party for this action is a greedy and disrespectful foreign debt collection company focused on maximum profit with no regard for the great harm it has done. It bought our debt from the bank for about 20% of its value and from us it demands an amount 10 times higher, i.e. about 470000 PLN. The operation of such institutions, which make billions out of human harm, can be compared to the principles of usury. The case is in the final stage of the court (validation of the adjudication). I am asking you very much to donate at least 1 Euro to save our beloved house. The son who lives with us has been disabled since birth, I can possibly document this.
