Description
Lech Siuda, a court enforcement officer at the District Court in Szamotuły, is selling the house in which we have lived for 25 years. The party commissioning this action is a greedy foreign debt collection agency that shows no respect for the rules of social coexistence; it is focused on maximising profit without regard for the great harm it causes. It bought our debt from the bank for around 20% of its value and is demanding a sum 10 times higher from us, i.e. approximately 470,000 PLN. The actions of such institutions, which make billions from human suffering, can be compared to the principles of usury. The case is at the final stage of the court proceedings (the judgment is about to become final). I am asking you to please donate even just 1 euro to save our beloved home. Our son, who lives with us, has been disabled since birth; I can provide documentation if required.
