Hello, I would like to ask for help in this way . I have a 7 year old nephew and I will have him in custody because his mother has to go to prison .

I would like to make his stay with me more pleasant so that he doesn't suffer, as he is unfortunately very mentally unwell at the moment. My sister went to the doctor with the baby and they prescribed him some medication to calm him down psychologically.My nephew is emotionally attached to my sister since birth.Especially he is growing up fast so his clothes are getting small , I would like to make him comfortable when they lost their rental last month where they have been living for a year because the owner decided to sell the apartment .So that my little nephew has his own room and feels safe and can do well without his mother . I would need a lot of help with furniture, clothes for him and to be able to take him to the cinema etc.so that he doesn't think about his mother all the time.I'm currently unemployed and unfortunately I won't receive any benefits from the state for my nephew at the time of the custody.I would have to have custody of him completely but they can't give him to me like that because I have some debts and the law doesn't allow it.He is a very good boy,very studious,smart and clever.He is doing very well in school.He is in the 2nd grade.Hopefully there is someone who can help us.Thank you very much in advance.
