Description

In addition, five pairs of doors and a window in the kitchen were damaged (glass cracked and melted and warped by the fire).
Walls and floors were flooded during the firefighting operation. The electrical and water supply systems were severely damaged. One of the balcony windows is suitable for replacement. The flat needs a general renovation. This should start with a very expensive, professional cleaning of the entire flat from soot and char by an external company.
