My name is Imi, and I am reaching out with humility and hope to ask for support with a medical procedure that would significantly improve my quality of life.

I have been living with gynecomastia, a condition that causes abnormal breast tissue growth in men. While it is often misunderstood as a cosmetic issue, for me it has been a long-term physical and emotional struggle. It has deeply affected my self-confidence, mental well-being, and everyday life from avoiding social situations to feeling uncomfortable even in simple activities like exercising or going to the beach.

After consulting with medical professionals, surgery is the only effective and permanent solution. Unfortunately, this procedure is not fully covered by insurance, and the cost is more than I can manage on my own.
