Help us save the Tacher Bivouac

We are a group of mountain-loving volunteers and we want to breathe new life into the Tacher Bivouac, an essential shelter for hikers and mountaineers.

In recent years, the bivouac has suffered damage due to the weather and normal wear and tear. The roof is leaking, the interior is in need of maintenance and some supporting structures need to be restored to ensure the safety and comfort of those who use it.

What do we want to do?

Fix the roof to protect it from the elements

Repair and improve the interior to make the bivouac more comfortable

Strengthen the structure to ensure its durability

Clean up the surrounding area to preserve the beauty of the place

To achieve all this we need your help! Every contribution, large or small, will make a difference. Together we can preserve this corner of the mountains for future generations of hikers.
