The most exciting and heart-warming series of this Christmas is being filmed right here at the Central Buda Waldorf School.
Our fundraising campaign is now in its final stages: we have 57 hours left and have already raised 76 per cent of our target of 30 million forints!

We are nearing the end of our three-week intensive fundraising campaign. A year ago, our school found itself in a desperate situation: we were unexpectedly forced to leave our previously rented premises. As a result, we had to carry out a massive project in record time. We won a grant, renovated and extended a nursery building that had stood empty for years. We could raise the final 11 per cent of the 530 million forint budget required for this with the help of a match-funding donor. Our major donor has pledged that if we raise at least 30 million forints by midnight on 18 December, they will match our total. Please help us now! We are creating great value and are working tirelessly to ensure success, but we really need your support! Thank you for being one of those who will gather round our school’s little Christmas tree this Christmas!

Description
The Central Buda Waldorf School had been operating in the 2nd district for nine years when we were suddenly told we had to leave our rented premises.
A massive joint effort was launched: within a year, we renovated and expanded an empty municipal building so that 141 children would not have to lose their school and their community.
This school creates value in the world by educating people who think, feel and take action. The work carried out here builds not only the children’s future, but also the future of the community.
However, we now need external help to complete the first phase of the construction. One of our supporters will double all incoming donations if we raise 30 million forints by 18 December.
