I am the father of a two-year-old boy, and I am reaching out to you because my family now needs help that I cannot provide on my own.

My son was born prematurely and has been fighting hard for his life from the very first moment. Although he is a real little hero, his early arrival has left its mark: in order for him to grow up healthy and catch up with his peers, he needs continuous and intensive therapy.

​Our biggest problem at the moment is logistics. The therapy sessions, medical check-ups and specialised exercise classes are often a long way from us. Travelling by public transport with a small child who has a fragile immune system, these journeys are not only exhausting but also risky due to the danger of infection.

As a father, my most important task is to provide him with the conditions necessary for his development, but to do this we now need a car. I’m not looking for a luxury car, but a reliable vehicle with which I can transport him safely to his treatments, come rain, frost or the hottest weather.
