My name is Pietro, I am 57 years old and I have worked honestly, with commitment and sacrifice, all my life.

In 2002 I bought a small villa in Palombara Sabina, in the province of Rome. It was my dream. A dream I built by waking up at 5am, travelling for hours to work far from home, giving up everything to pay that mortgage.

My ex-wife never really contributed: a few odd jobs and many days spent in the bingo hall. I carried everything on my shoulders, economically and emotionally, until we separated in 2011. Since 2015 I have regained serenity next to my current wife, a hard-working woman full of values.

But in 2018 I was forced to leave the house, because it had to be sold and my ex-wife brought in other people and since then the mortgage has remained unpaid . Neither I, because I had to pay the rent of the house where I now live with my current wife , nor my ex could continue to pay.

Now, that house is about to go to auction. and I don't know how soon it will go to auction, but I weigh that shortly.

A house built with hard work, with love, with years of life and dreams in it. I cannot lose it.

That is why I ask for help. It is not easy to write these words. But I know that there are people out there with big hearts.

I need to raise 60,000 euros to save her before she is sold.
