Help My Mother Beat Stage 3B Breast Cancer

Hi everyone, I’m back with an update. As I feared, my mom was unable to continue the previous treatment (Ibrance and Faslodex). We also received the biopsy results for the lymph node under her arm, and it confirmed that she now has triple-negative breast cancer.
On top of this, out of nowhere, she started experiencing excruciating, unbearable pain in her arm. We’ve been to multiple clinics and done a lot of tests. We saw a cardiologist and a neurologist, but neither could find the cause of the pain within their specialties.
In the meantime, she had another CT scan. Unfortunately, just as we suspected, the previous treatment caused pneumonitis in her lungs. The good news is that we caught it and stopped the medication in time. Next week, we are going to a pulmonologist, who will likely prescribe prednisone (corticosteroids) again to help her lungs heal, and hopefully something for the fibrosis.
At our last oncology visit, after reviewing the new biopsy and the CT scan, the doctor decided to change her treatment completely. She is now on day 2 of a new chemotherapy called Capecitabine (Xeloda). She is on the maximum dosage, 5 pills in the morning and 5 in the evening. The oncologist hopes this new treatment will finally help ease the terrible pain in her arm. Right now, she can barely sleep at all, even though she is taking 4 Lyrica pills a day for the pain. Anyone who says cancer doesn't hurt is wrong, and my mother's arm is heartbreaking proof of that.
I don't have any other information right now. I am just glad her treatment was changed, and I am praying it brings some positive results. I will keep you all updated.
I am incredibly grateful for every single donation, no matter how small. Your support is an enormous help to us. Please keep sharing our story if you can. Donations have slowed down significantly, even though I am posting constantly and trying everything in my power to help her. Thank you so much!
Add updates and keep supporters informed about the progress of the campaign.

Description
Hello, I'm seeking help on behalf of my mother who is currently fighting stage 3 breast cancer. She has recently completed a round of chemotherapy and underwent a mastectomy, which involved the complete removal of her breast and affected lymph nodes from her arm and neck (22 lymph nodes), and finished radiation therapy. These treatments have taken a tremendous toll on her both physically and emotionally, but she continues to stand strong.
Previously, I used GoGetFunding to raise support for her treatment. However, the platform is taking high fees on donations (+bank), up to 9%, which has significantly affected the funds we receive.
These days I am also trying to recover all the updates I wrote on that platform about my mother's journey since December 2023 and to post them here. It would be a shame to lose them, as they might help others in the future or provide a complete story for those who want to follow my mother's treatment from the beginning.
Currently, our biggest concern is her lungs, which urgently need to be healed. If her lung condition doesn’t improve, I don't know if she will be able to resume her cancer treatment. We also believe that her treatment plan will need to be adjusted since she can no longer take Verzenio, but I will update you in September.
Any support during this challenging time would be deeply appreciated. Any contribution, regardless of its size, will make a difference for us.
Thank you for considering standing by us during this challenging time.
