My name is Aymen Tarchi and I work as a nurse in a care centre in Austria. It was a great challenge for me as a foreigner to find my feet here, learn German and successfully complete my training. But my biggest dream is to study general medicine in order to help people.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of hurdles in my way. I am responsible for four family members. My father suffers from chronic illnesses and I am covering the costs of my brother's studies in my home country. My mother and sister live in Germany as asylum seekers and are therefore not allowed to work.

Despite these burdens, I never lose sight of my dream. With your support, I could come a little closer to my goal and one day help even more people as a doctor.
