Many employees suffer from bossing and toxic management styles in the workplace, which jeopardises not only their health but also their financial security.

I need your help! Many of those affected have to go without their Christmas bonus due to bullying and the resulting health issues. These people often struggle in silence and in secret, whilst having to cope with immense personal and financial challenges.
