The problem is that we live with my ex-husband, and I can’t seem to leave our home. He mistreats me, humiliates me and has left me in dire straits. I spend my days taking sleeping pills just to numb myself to everything; he abuses me whilst I’m asleep. Anyway, this isn’t to report him, but to ask for your charity and help. To get out of this house, I need money because any flat requires 2–3 months’ deposit, and it’s impossible for me to save that with the expenses I have. I can afford the rent for a new flat, but I can’t cover the initial costs of moving, such as deposits and removal costs.I need help, please. I need my mother, in the few months she has left to live with me, to be able to see me as a normal person; she is suffering from seeing me like this and being unable to do anything because we cannot leave here.
