Last November, I was contacted by a canvasser following some internet research on investing in gold.

The Bitpanda adviser helped me to create an account on the Bitpanda platform, which, as you know, is real.

I carried out a number of transactions on the site in complete confidence, to the tune of €55,000.

At the beginning of January, I realised that I no longer had access to my account.

I wrote to my adviser, but he never replied, and I couldn't reach him by phone either.

I then created an account on the Bitpanda application. The problem was that my assets didn't appear on my account.

I contacted technical support.

After various exchanges, I was informed today that I had been the victim of a scam.

I'm ashamed to have been taken in, to have trusted this person, to have lost my savings, but above all, I borrowed money from my mother and paying her back is my priority.

I'm coming to you in all humility and full of shame, but what happened to me could happen to anyone, so if any of you are sensitive and sympathetic to my situation, I'd be enormously grateful.
