Last November, I was contacted by a sales representative following some online research into investing in gold.

The Bitpanda advisor helped me set up an account on the Bitpanda platform, which, as you know, is a legitimate site.

I carried out various transactions on this site with complete confidence, totalling €55,000.

In early January, I realised I could no longer access my account.

I then wrote to my advisor, who did not reply; he was also unreachable by phone.

I then created an account on the Bitpanda app. The problem was that my assets were not showing up in my account.

I then contacted technical support.

After several exchanges, I was informed today that I had been the victim of a scam.

I am ashamed of having been duped, of having trusted this person, of having lost my savings, but above all, I borrowed money from my mother and repaying her is my top priority.

I am writing to you with all humility and filled with shame, but what happened to me could happen to anyone, so if any of you are sympathetic and compassionate regarding my situation, I would be enormously grateful.
