Dear friends,

i am in a difficult situation that i need to renovate an old house that my grand grand mother builded almost 100 years ago...

After she left Constantinople, chased by the Turks,

she was settled in a refugee camp here in Thessaloniki.

This house raised my grand mother, my mother and now i am staying in it.

It has a lot of problems with humidity and during the summer develops more than 40 degrees Celsius and during the winter the temperatures drops below 5 degrees.

It is a necessity to do some renovations , but unfortunately right now i am unemployed and have no steady income.

I believe that this house is a legacy for all the area and deserve to be maintained.

For anyone that will support me fixing it , i would like you to know that you are more than welcome to come and stay with me and i can show you my neighbourhood and also the beautiful city of Thessaloniki.

I know that there are many problems at the world right now , but also i would like you to know that i help homeless people to have a roof over their head during the tough days of winter.
