Description
Hello. My name is Marcela. I’m a single mum to two sons, Damián, aged 11, and Daniel, aged 9. I’ve found myself in a situation where I don’t know which way to turn. My rent and living expenses barely cover the cost of food, hygiene and clothes. For quite some time now, the boys haven’t had a bedroom set up the way they’d like it. And they really want to have a nice little room here. But I still can’t seem to save up for it. On top of that, I’ve just received a water bill for 27,000, so I’m putting money aside for that. The boys’ father is in a treatment centre, so I have no choice but to ask someone for help. I saw this post on Facebook, so I thought I’d give it a go. It costs nothing to try. My highest income is 23,200 CZK. I receive benefits, but they told me I’m not entitled to the housing allowance because I don’t have a mop. They bought the land a long time ago, about ten years back.
