Hi, I'm Elmira, after my divorce I was left without a roof, my ex-spouse left me without everything, the courts and disputes have taken away a lot of my finances and benefits, my attempts to buy any apartment have been turned around by the bank, without any current inasas or exchangeable assets, they don't grant mortgages, I am currently living in a rented apartment, I managed to rent without a down payment, I have a son who has recently got a job, I will count on my son's help in this matter, but he still has to work another two or more years in his current job.
