In the Council Chamber of 17 January, the Regional Administrative Court of Lazio forced the Defence Administration to file a report that would take into account the evolution of the regulations of the marshals of the Italian Army and that would be an answer to the petition/request filed on 1/12/2022, on which the AD had not expressed an opinion, postponing the discussion of the appeal to 28 February.

On this occasion, the AD filed the report requested by the Court, expressing that the legal and economic interventions requested by the marshals require legislative interventions and that the employment of personnel and staff saturation is left to the Armed Force to which they belong.

The Administrative Court confirmed that the satisfaction of the plaintiffs' interest cannot be achieved through administrative measures of the Ministry, legislative reform interventions, or, in any case, pertaining to a different institutional competence.

The sum will be allocated to pursue the shared objectives through the voluntary mutual aid concerning the issues of the marshals new iter.
