We are reaching out to you with a plea that comes from the depths of our pain and hope. Our little ray of sunshine, Darina (Dary), is just a baby, yet she is already fighting the greatest battle of all – a battle for life.

Dary has been diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) – a rare genetic condition that gradually robs the muscles of their strength, including those that help a child breathe and move. Although her mind and spirit are alert and pure, her body is growing weaker day by day.

Our greatest hope lies in an innovative treatment that could halt the progression of the disease and give Dari the chance to grow, laugh, go to school and live a life worthy of any child. Unfortunately, the cost of this therapy is prohibitively high – over 2 million euros. This is a sum that one family cannot afford, but together – with your help and support – we believe we can raise it.

Every donation, no matter how small, is a breath of fresh air and hope for tomorrow. The funds raised will be used solely for our little girl’s treatment.
