Description
Hello, I'm currently in my first year of biology and I'd like to continue into my second year next year, but I have to move to another town. I have to rent a flat in this town, but I'm not eligible for a grant because my parents' annual income is apparently too high, and yet they won't be able to meet my needs because they have several loans to pay off and their tax bill keeps going up. What's more, both my parents no longer receive their full salary because they are on part-time sick leave. Given the complexity of taking out a student loan in today's society when we don't have the means to pay it back before it's due, I'm appealing to your generosity as a last hope.
